• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
• Full payment must be made before tour commencement.

2. Pricing

• Prices are subject to availability and may change due to fuel cost, hotel tariff revisions, or government taxes.
• Any increase in applicable taxes will be borne by the customer.

3. Itinerary Changes

• Frozen Kashmir reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refund will be given for unused services.

4. Liability

• We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, delays, or natural disasters.

5. Travel Documents

• Guests must carry valid government ID during travel.
